This afternoon I made a vibrant and filling salad for myself and my husband using organic greens, sliced red onions, avocado, pomegranate and dressed it with fresh lemon, olive oil, Himalayan Pink Salt and freshly ground black pepper. It was a healthy, light and refreshing way to welcome the afternoon hours, and prepare for a brisk walk and enjoy an evening of watching football games and cooking shows.
